We aim to provide our little fairies with a magical and enjoyable experience. When we receive your order, we treat it as if it were a family member's order.
Each order passes through the hands of Marine and Olivia. We craft the jewelry (if necessary), and then it's placed in a small basket with your name and information, ready to move on to the shipping stage. 🚚💨
Marine handles this step with precision; she inspects every little jewel in the basket to ensure there are no manufacturing defects or other issues. She checks the rings, clasps, Zircon colors, chains, and so on. It's delicate work, but more than necessary.
By the way, we have a section called 'Imperfect Jewelry,' which gathers our creations with minor defects, but they are still entirely usable (psst: and they come at a reduced price).
Once that's done, it's time to move on to the jewelry packaging!
How does this work?
We make the most of our options, while also following a logical approach. Very often, we package jewelry for orders over $80 in an MMJ box. The gems are carefully arranged in the small box, and we even have fun creating sets inside to inspire you with your choices. Hihi!

For orders over $120, typically, the quantity of jewelry is larger, and not everything fits into a single box. In such cases, we'll try to place an MMJ box with the most delicate jewelry, such as stud earrings, and the rest into a beautiful MMJ pouch.
For orders with one or two pieces of jewelry, we package them in a pouch.
We always operate with logic; if some jewelry is more fragile and requires larger packaging, we will address it. If the piece of jewelry doesn't fit into a box, it will be placed in a pouch.
We are aware that, often, business cards, stickers, boxes, and pouches end up in the trash (obviously, we don't endorse this act, hihi 🥺).
So, to avoid unnecessary waste, we strive to maximize the number of jewelry pieces within our packaging. That's why you won't receive one pouch per item, unless you order additional packaging separately...
