Order fulfillment process

All our prices are displayed in CAD (Canadian dollar).

We process orders as quickly as possible in order to best satisfy our customers. Note that it is necessary to allow a delay of 3-5 days before sending the products.

Delivery

At the moment, we deliver everywhere in Canada and the United States. All packages are sent by Canada Post and it takes an average of 2 to 15 working days of delivery time. Due to COVID-19, a longer delay is to be expected.

Please note that Marine Minelle Jewelry is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. The delivery costs of packages with an incorrect address must be borne by the customer.

Shipping costs are CAD $ 15.00.

Return

No return is possible. All of our products are final sales .

Please note that our parts are recycled elements. As a result, some have small imperfections which in no way spoil the beauty of the jewel.

Transport and delivery

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
